May 2011: Roche purchases ContiChrom pilot scale equipment Roche Diagnostics GmbH inked an agreement about the purchase of a MCSGP-unit from ChromaCon AG including a license agreement, which gives Roche undisclosed rights to use ChromaCon’s patented MCSGP technology. (full text)

April 2010: Novo Nordisk and ChromaCon jointly present results Novo Nordisk A/S and ChromaCon Ltd. will jointly present the results of the preparative RP-purification of insulin with the MCSGP-technology on the RECOVERY-2010 conference as oral contribution.

March 2010: Pfizer publishes results of MCSGP-study Pfizer publishes results of mAb-purification process with MCSGP. ' BioPharm International ': "Advances in Monoclonal Antibody Purification", a group of senior scientists from the Pfizer BioProcess R&D department describes the use of the MCSGP-technology in monoclonal antibody purification: "Using this technology in a nonaffinity two-chromatography step process, we achieved a seven-fold increase in productivity with no reduction in impurity removal as compared with a standard affinity three-column process (data not shown). Multiple companies are in the process of developing chromatography systems and columns to optimize this technology."
